This is the first sketch I did for the 52 week sketch challenge. The first topic of this challenge was to draw a self-portrait. I used an 8B woodless graphite pencil for this sketch. Though I worked hastily through the details, if I had taken the time this could have been a great portrait drawing. This is only the first week.
